Who doesn’t enjoy perusing a diverse menu at their favorite restaurant? Diners want to make sure they select just the right item to satisfy their cravings! Wouldn’t it be exciting to whet the appetite of those needing motivation and quench the thirst for knowledge in our classrooms? Using menus in the classroom is a great way to empower students to have a vested interest in their learning! We will explore a variety of menu formats, focusing on product differentiation. *Participants are encouraged to bring curriculum resources, to assist in developing specific menus to extend their classroom learning opportunities.
